I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. This year, 2012, was our fifth time at Serendipity and it feels very much like home. The villa is well appointed with great facilities, including new domestic appliances and great themed bedrooms for the children. General decor is excellent and the villa is well kept and is clearly above others that seem to be available in this area. It is close to all the parks and in easy distance of great restaurants and shopping. On top of all this the service we receive from the villa owners and the local management is top quality and makes the whole experience just so great. We're already looking forward to our sixth trip - the only down side is that we can't get to stay as often as we'd like!

This has been an incredible vacation! We have been waiting for our youngest grandchildren to be old enough to enjoy Disney World. Since there are 10 of us, we wanted to have nice family time together, so we decided for the first time we would try a vacation home... home, not a house. From my ver first encounter with SArah & Ken we gelt we would do this successfully. Our arrival at Serendipity with Graham confirmed our family would be quite comfortable here. It was truly a home away from home, all the care that went into the binders information, the DC and DVD entertainment, the decoration, the groceries and all the details were so very thoughtful and much appreciated.
From this location we were able to have quick access to Sea World, Universal, Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Then, to return to Serendipity where we had the space and environment to totally relax, enjoy the game room and especially the pool, was just fantastic. We had the most glorious time together. This is turning out to be a little long, but my words cannot truly convery this special family vacation. Serendipity plaed an important part with the thought and care given by Sarah & Ken and the support by Graham & Gary.

This was a first time experience for us in renting a home for a vacation. I was very nervous & hesitant at times about doing so. But I can tell you it was such an awesome vacation & the house is exactly what you see on the site. Our families ranged in age from 3 yrs old to 69 yrs old & we all had enough to do and enough space to do it in. The kids LOVED the pool & after long days at the park couldn't wait to jump in it. Any problems or issues we had during our stay Sarah & Ken were great about responding to them & having the property managers take care of within a day or two!! We loved how close we were to the Disney parks as well as restuarants & shopping. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again & would recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to Disney. We were able to have a family vacation & enjoy each others company when we wouldn't have been able to had we stayed in three separate hotel rooms. The house was very comfortable & not overdone in a Disney theme. Really enjoyed the king size beds & master bathroom! We hope to visit this house again someday. Thanks Sarah & Ken!!

We all loved the house! It had great location to get to the various theme parks. Your instructions for getting there and the local amenities were great. My two granddaughters loved the pool and could wait to get into it when arrived. The youngest one (8 years) was going through withdrawal for not having the pool. Both girls loved the theme bedrooms. My room was great. I can't think of any negatives and would highly recommend it to any one.

We loved the fact that it was such a short distance to Disney, and that we could come 'home' after a long, hot day at the parks...and of course our little boy loved the swimming pool! This would also be a great vacation home for a multi-family vacation; we would definitely recommend this home to anyone! What a wonderful 'home' you provided use during our stay in Florida. It was truly the highlight of our trip to be able to come home after a long day at the parks and jump into the pool! Great lounge with comfy setees, gorgeous dining area, practical kitchen area, superb bedrooms and ensuites, supersonic speed washer and dryer and a serence pool area - everything and anything we could dream of. We also loved the suprise Easter Egg Hunt! On the downside, my children now want TVs the same size as yours at home and Nemo decorated bedrooms - thanks!

This home was exactly what we hoped it would be. It is very clean, and very well cared for. This was so much better than staying in a hotel for a week. The pool area was perfect for our needs and we spent every night out there relaxing after a long day.
They have thought of everything - little details that made our week at their home unforgettable. We will recommend this home to all our friends and family. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is a great size. Lots of space. Ipod docking station, grill, gps, computer, books, dvds, stroller, kids bed rail... They thought of everything.
If you have an issue and you call, they have very quick response. The fridge went out in the morning, and when we returned at 5 that night there was a new one already installed. Pretty amazing. We loved our stay at Serendipity!!

I chose Serendipity for our family vacation in Orlando primarily for two reasons: its proximity to Disney World, and the fact that all of its rooms are one one floor - a real advantage when several members of our extended family have mobility issues! I could not be more pleased with the choice I made, and recommend it without hesitation!
In every way Sarah and Ken went above and beyond what we have come to expect from our rental hosts: they have set the new bar against which we will compare all future rentals! We really appreciated their flexibility at the last minute in allowing us to drop off our luggage and groceries before the official check-in time, the promptness with which they responded to the minor problems we encountered, and the wealth of information they supplied prior to our arrival. In addition, they gave us great advice in planning ahead for rental of scooters and cars for several members of the family. The house itself was meticulously maintained and provided everything needed to make the week a pleasure. Our three grandchildren were thrilled with the two Disney-themed bedrooms and the huge library of Disney movies provided - they watched one every night before going to bed! A special short-cut to WDW made that trip so quick, we never regretted the decision to stay off the Disney World campus, and the grandkids surely enjoyed the pool and the game room as much as they did the visits to the parks!

First let me say the house is wonderful! It is everything we hoped it would be. What you did with the gifts under the tree was well appreciated and we were truly astonished with your thoughtful generosity! You went above and beyond 'the small gift' for each of the children under the tree that we expected. We would rent your home again in a heartbeat and have already given your link at home to all that we told about our trip and we will continue to sing your praises. Our son had friends who live 20 minutes away come to visit, and my husband's sister who lives in DeBary Fl visited and they were totally impressed with the house.

My wife and I and our 2 adult kids stayed for one week. The home is great. 5 bed rooms, 3 with king beds, flat screen tv's and all have their own bathroom. Two have cabana doors leading to the pool. Ken and Sara think of everything. There is a libraries of books, Disney guides, cd's and dvd's as well as an IPod dock. It was very comfortable and spacious. With the game room and lanai there is 2,800 sq ft.
Sometimes it is not about how great the home was but also about the service and the people. Ken and Sara throughout the entire process were fabulous to deal with and even more amazing when we got there. Frankly, we were leery about staying in a home rather than 2 hotel rooms and paying in full before seeing the place but it was everything and more than we expected. When we arrived there was waiting for us, what Ken called, a starter kit: bread, eggs, milk, OJ, Water, cereal, candy etc... There was even beer and wine.
We did have 2 glitches, the internet was not working when we arrived and within 30 minutes Ken and Sara came over and fixed it. Also, the overhead lights in the great room were not working and Ken had an electrician over in no time and had it fixed.
The last thing was my 30 year old daughter left behind her diamond necklace and we did not know it. When we arrived back home, 8 hours after we checked out and flew home, I had an email waiting for me from Ken and Sara advising me of the necklace being left behind together with and Ken's promise to send it back insured with a tracking number. Also, our security deposit was returned within less than 24 hours. What else can one say, but you will not be disappointed and you should look no further. The house and entire experience was wonderful. Oh by the way you are 6 minutes from animal Kingdom and close to all the parks. You are also minutes from any freeway you need. What a great location. Thank you so much for Serendipity. We all totally loved it. The boys spent hours in the pool & the games room and the adults loved relaxing in front of the tv each evening. Your villa has every extra we could ever need - from a carbon monoxide detector (which thankfully we didn't need) to a USB cable to attach my brother in laws camera to my IPad (which we did need to view our photos in the evenings). With all your attention to detail and all the information provided, my sister in law thinks that you are I were separated at birth. The boys also loved all the ornaments and cuddly toys around the house and we have purchased many new Disney cuddlies to add to our own menagerie here at home. We are going to make a savings plan so we can book our next trip. We are thinking August 2014 to celebrate the 2 youngest of our 3 boys leaving Junior School. I hope you will still have Serendipity then as we won't want to go anywhere else.

We loved our stay! The themed rooms, Disney decor/toys, DVD collection and pool were thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. The house is spacious, spotless, fun and easy to feel at home in. Thanks so much for the amazing stay at your Villa, we definitely hope to return! We did not have one single complaint, we loved the ENTIRE house and enjoyed every minute of our stay! Our first trip to Florida with two other couples had us a little worried as of what to expect from our rental house, but boy were we pleasantly suprised!!
From the beautiful amenities (we all had king sized beds, our own bathrooms) to the amazing comfortable living room complete with Dvds galore, and our own pool and hot tub that we relaxed in every night following our expeditions, it was so nice to have a place that felt like home (only better!) at the end of our long days.
We were blessed with extremely nice weather during our week and Sarah and Ken even provided us with sparkling wine and beer for our first night, New Years Eve! They make sure you are 100% taken care of between them (the owners) and the amazing, courteous management company. We could not think of a single thing that our house didn't have and enjoyed every minute in it. We will continue to tell everyone we know about this amazing house and hope to come back soon! A hotel/motel room cannot compare to not only the quality and value of Serendipity but the friendly personal service that has you leaving feeling like you're part of the Serendipity family of loyal return travellers!

They say that customer experience is all about the wow effect. well Sarah & Ken, which own and manage this villa - are just unbelievable. It just all works perfectly, from the moment you contact them to enquire about the villa, through all the info that you receive prior to your vacation, and throughout the visit itself. Each and every detail is taken care of, with the wow concept always there.
Our first impression upon entering the home for the first time was wonderful. The decor is outstanding. The towels are folded in a way which is so amusing.
The location of this villa is the best there is for WDW - and we stayed in a few villas in Orlando.
The amount of games, movies and gimmicks inside the house - just makes you want to stay there all day.
There are really no downsides. I cannot mention one single thing that was missing or went wrong.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at Ken & Sarah's villa, Serendipity and we can't praise it enough. Its like home from home and more. With a lovely swimming pool and plenty to keep the children entertained in the games room it provided good old mum and dad some much needed time to sit back and relax with a good book by the pool knowing the children had no excuse to be bored. Then when it was time to visit the parks it was nice to know that they were just a 10 minute drive away and there's a great short cut Ken and Sarah told us about to help avoid the traffic on the 192. The villa is kept wonderfully clean and has everything we need even down to the provision of pool towels so we didn't have to worry about packing our own, (all the more room in our suitcase for bringing back those souvenirs!). Ken and Sarah made us feel really welcome with a wonderful goodie basket on arrival so we didn't have to worry about driving straight down to the supermarket after our long journey from the UK. Like I say, we cant praise the villa enough, the boys absolutely love it and don't want to stay anywhere else now so we're looking forward to our next holiday at Serendipity.

Our first visit to Florida and what a week we've had. Family holidays don't get any better than this. Your beautiful home beat all of our expectation, my 5 year old daughter could not believe the Nemo room and the fact that she could take a dip in the pool before breakfast! Everything here is perfect - the pool, the room sizes, the huge Tv when we wanted to relax at home. We especially loved the proximity to the Disney World Resort and the cheeky short cut was perfect - it meant we could pop back a couple of times during the day, making the most of the villa. I can't say enough about Serendipity. We have stayed in other villas near Orlando, nothing even comes close to this. It makes for a special trip. It was filled with great tips and tricks, and even links for discounts, etc. The communication with the owners was quick and helpful, and very friendly.
The location of the villa was PERFECT. Literally minutes form the Disney properties. It is a great feeling to drive right past a huge traffic jam and take the "shortcut" onto the property. Also, it is right near an Outback Steakhouse and Buffalo Wild Wings - perfect dinner spots after a long day at the parks. Shopping is right down the street. The home was perfect for our family vacation. At one point we had 7 adults and 3 kids in the villa and still had room to spread out. The kids loved the pool and the game room. The large family room with big screen TV was perfect for socializing at the end of a long day. The well-lit pool area at night was an amazing treat. It felt like we were on a tropical island. The bedrooms are huge and spread out, so no one feels on top of each other. The kids were on the opposite side of the house from the parents!
Serendipity was clean, well-maintained and filled with little "touches". We made some great memories there and hope to go back again soon.

Serendipity Villa, Orlando was our choice for a VBRO lodging. 10 People (6 Adults, 4 Children. 12,12, 9, 4) under one roof for the week. It was the perfect family vacation. The house is well located only minutes from Disney, shopping, and several good restaurants. The house is very clean, spacious, and extremely kid friendly. Our grandsons enjoyed the week with the fantastic game room, pool, and hot tub, and Disney when when we were there. Relaxing from our days at Disney was ideal. Eat in or go to a restaurant were the tough choices for the week. Many delivery options and the kitchen is just like at home. I would not hesitate to repeat this vacation, and I certainly would choose the same villa.

Stylish home with all the basics plus a lot of bonuses like dvds, books, board games, video games, pool table etc. Clean and well maintained. Located in a convenient location and nothing is too far if you have a rental car. Our group consisted of 7 people including my siblings and friends and we had a blast. If you have kids they'll love the theme of the house, if you have teenage's they'll love the games room and the swimming pool which looks great at night, if your group consists of middle aged people they'll just love to relax in the spacious living room with such comfortable sofas Something for everyone. We had a wonderful time, indeed. Your villa was perfectly outfitted for our needs! My daughter watched The Lady in the Tramp every night. We have most of the disney DVDs, but not that one, so we will need to buy since it has become her favorite.
The pool was warm enough to swim in even on the coolest nights. We had such a fun time swimming with the kids. The bedrooms were great for the kids, they loved the themed rooms!
The villa was located in such a convenient spot. Really close to everything! And with sidewalks everywhere we were able to take the kids on many walk to the playgrounds.
We appreciate all the tips and information you left us in the villa. It really helped with it being our first family trip to Orlando. I can see us making this a yearly trip, for sure! And when we come back, we hope to stay in your villa again, because it was really prefect for us.

Speaking about details, I really appreciate the way you care about our comfort while staying here. We have been in Orlando 3 times before this one staying in vacation rentals and never felt the warmth as we do here. Others were just walls with roofs and pools, here you feel like you have gone away for a few days and let us alone. Besides, being able to be in touch directly with you is completely different than just talking to a renting person who only sees the business.

Ken & Sarah, I can't thank you enough for making our first family vacation "away" from home a huge success!!! My family of 5 absolutely loved the home. It had everything we could have wanted it to. The games room, even though it had a Playstation in it, for our stay never actually got turned on.....we were challenging one and another in games of skill, whether it be pool or air hockey, sometimes foosball.
The close proximity to all the amenities was a huge plus. With a lot of our time being spent at the parks, your short-cut to Disney was greatly appreciated.
The patio with the hot tub and pool, I can honestly say got the most use. The kids were in every morning before we started out for the day and again in the evening for a swim before bed., and I

What a fantastic time we all had.... and we all loved Serendipity Villa!
The house was totally fantastic and had everything we needed and some! The Games Room is great, the Pool got a lot of use (the girls were banging on the bedroom doors at 7 am every morning begging us to take the cover off so they could get swimming!). The girls loved the Nemo and Shrek rooms, they had so much fun watching movies and they kept alternating between the rooms each night! In fact when we were looking around at the thousands of house rentals available on all the various web-sites before we booked, it was mainly your great looking theme bedrooms for the kids that sold us! Fair to say that along with the great looking pool, huge comfortable looking living room and Master bedrooms also helped! The bonus was the close proximity of Serendipity Villa to all the Disney Parks and your very helpful short-cut to the parks helped so much.
Our three favourite restaurants had to be Carrabba's, OutBack, Giodano's (that was some pizza pie!!!), your recommendations again were bang on!!
Thanks again for all your advice, suggestions and kindness (especially when the airline was messing us about). We will highly recommend your Villa to everyone we know in Canada!

I'm particularly pleased for picking your home out of the hundreds that are available on the many web sites and believe me I did a lot of research before deciding to book your home. What drew me to your place was the detail you and the many very positive comments relating to the quality of your accommodation and also the assistance you provided. Your home was excellent in all respects and lived up to all of the accolades from previous people who had enjoyed your home, very spacious, well fitted out and maintained and most importantly it was a home from home and we all enjoyed staying there.
The short cut to Disney was spot on, and we used this route regularly during the 1500 miles we travelled around the area. Your attention to detail was very much appreciated and it helped to make this holiday for us all a special one to remember.
We all commented on how friendly and welcoming the people were and how safe we felt during our stay. The attraction parks were superb as were the many shopping malls we visited. The fireworks were brilliant and we went back several times to enjoy them at Epcot and Magic Kingdom.
At all times your communication with us via e-mail and telephone was excellent and it helped significantly to make this holiday problem free in all respects.
The plan is to return to Orlando in the not too distant future and I will have no hesitation in booking Serendipity Villa as our holiday home once again.

Just a quick note to thank you for the use of your spot again this year. I think it is our 4th time there now. It is amazing how comforting it is to have so much space when coming home from the parks. The kids really enjoy the pool after such a long day walking and we enjoy it as well. I just can't imagine having to go back to a hotel room with nothing to do.
The evenings are especially nice as well. The kids have their own bedrooms and the adults can still hang out by the pool or hot tub or even watch a movie without worrying about waking them up.
As you know our flight was delayed on this trip and we only got in around 2:00am. Having the essentials like bread, milk and COFFEE was a real pleasant treat. Thank you for that.
You have now spoiled us and in my opinion it is the only way to do Orlando.

The children especially liked the pool and the games room and also the Bob the Builder DVD even if it had been dubbed with an american accent. We thought it was very clean and spacious and the location was excellent. We used a couple of the restaurant recommendations and found them excellent too. Personally I though the free internet access was very good and useful (to keep up with the football scores from home) and also the free telephone calls were a nice touch too.

Your home is beautiful! Nobody wanted to leave at the end of their vacation. Thank you for your personal time and attention while making the arrangements for our stay here. My Mom has been planning this trip for almost two years and it was the first vacation of its kind for our family and it was fantastic. Being able to sleep comfortably and having plenty to entertain all the kids of various ages was priceless. The baby items were especially useful as we had a 5 month old and 23 month old. We are already discussing plans for our next visit and will recommend you to friends.

Where to begin? From the first moment of contact with you, the entire experience was an extremely pleasant one. I’m almost certain that if you could have personally controlled the weather for us, you would have done it. The home was exceptionally beautiful. The attention to detail was evident throughout the home and the personal touches did not go unnoticed. Everything there was intended to ensure the comfort and pleasure of your guests and it was appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was cozy, and the entertainment options were endless. I will be checking the dates of this conference and likely will be asking for reservations for next year. AWESOME - My new word since we arrived here. What more can I say. Fantastic villa, sparkling and clean, well equipped, comfortable beds and great games room. Brilliant hosts all the way through. We did a months holiday in two weeks and loved every bit of it, right up to the last minute. Got to go home and have a rest. Florida was better than I imagined it but to come back each night was a treat as it is home from home. Dvd's, game room, tv and bed - great!

The villa was fantastic and had all the amenities we could have asked for and more. The children especially liked the pool and the games room and also the Bob the Builder DVD even if it had been dubbed with an american accent. We thought it was very clean and spacious and the location was excellent. We used a couple of the restaurant recommendations and found them excellent too. Personally I though the free internet access was very good and useful (to keep up with the football scores from home) and also the free telephone calls were a nice touch too. Cant say much more except that we will definitely be coming back and I will bookmark your website to see if the villa is available at that time.

Had a fantastic holiday in Florida and the villa just topped it off. After such a long flight walking into such a cozy, clean and, well, perfect villa was such a joy. The pool, hot tub and games room are great fun and good to chill out in after doing all that walking round the theme parks. Let me just say your villa is the absolute top of the line. There are so many comforts, the kids did not want to leave to go to the attractions. The game room, the hot tub, the big screen TV and the library of movies were appreciated. Between my family and our friends, we have rented a number of villa's, yours was by far the best. I just want to thank you for being so accommodating and friendly. We were very impressed with the villa and all the little things like the free phone calls and computer and internet. it was a nice touch that these things are provided. Of all the thousands of villa's in the area, finding a good one on the internet is a task in itself, I feel very lucky to have found yours. We are already talking about coming back next year, if we do, we will definitely book your villa again, and recommend it to anyone coming to Orlando.

Thanks so much. We wanted to tell you what a beautiful home you have! It was so nice and comfortable for our families. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool. We loved that everything was all on one level, as we have a toddler that is a magnet for stairs. The kids loved their rooms, especially the fish one. It inspired us to decorate a room similar in our own home. It was so relaxing staying at a house, rather than a hotel. We never did get a chance to grill since we got back from the parks late each day. Thanks for the short cuts to the parks - it really saved time, I believe. We will definitely keep your info to stay again one day. We plan to return either next year or definitely the year after that.

Your villa was absolutely superb. It was so well equipped and well maintained and had everything we could have hoped for. We appreciated this even more when we visited other villas that our family members had rented while over for the wedding.... they were nowhere near the quality of yours, especially the pool area.
